Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Knops® Products that you purchased online through the Website, in principal Knops will provide a refund for the costs of the Knops® Products within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase (shipping costs are at your own expenses), provided you did not wear the Knops® Products yet (due to hygiene reasons) and will return the Knops® Products in new condition and with the original casing and packaging.
Please note that this Returns Policy does not apply to your purchase(s) offline. In that case please contact your original local reseller of the Knops® Products. This Returns Policy does also not apply to your pledge(s) online via Kickstarter/Indiegogo. See this page to learn more about the policy for Kickstarter/Indiegogo pledges.

Returning Knops® Products purchased online: Follow these steps to obtain a refund for Knops® Products purchased online from our Website:

  1. Fill in this return form here.
  2. Pack the Knops® Products in its/their original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the Knops® Products will be returned without damage. Include the return form in this box.
  3. Once the Knops® Products is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund. It will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
