Warranty Policy

To our Knops® Products a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship will apply, when used in accordance with the applicable usage documentation, for a period of one 1 year from the date of original retail purchase (if purchased at a retailer) or one (1) year from the date of shipment (if purchased through our Website) (“Warranty Period”). If you bought our Knops® Products through another website than our Website, please contact your local reseller for warranty/ defects/complaints. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, the reseller where you bought Knops® Products will, at its option and discretion, (1) repair the affected Knops® Products at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the affected Knops® Products with a functionally equivalent Knops® Products that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, with your consent, Knops® Products that are at least functionally equivalent to the Knops® Products it replaces.

This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty.
Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long such warranties, conditions, and/or implied terms may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. This warranty is offered in addition to rights and remedies conveyed by consumer protection laws and regulations that cannot be statutorily waived, and does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

This Disclaimer and Warranty policy have been construed under Dutch law and any disputes connected with or arising from this.
Disclaimer and Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. All disputes arising from or relating to this Disclaimer and Warranty policy will be exclusively referred to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Follow these steps to obtain a replacement for Knops® Products purchased online from our Website in accordance with this warranty policy:

  1. Fill in this return form here. If approved, we will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Pack the Knops® Products in its/their original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the Knops® Products will be returned without damage. Be sure to include the RMA number in the packaging.
  3. Once the Knops® Products is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your return.
